Welcome

My name is Oscar Orellana, founder of PediaMind. I am a former corporate development principal and occupational healthcare operations manager, now focused on acquiring and operating a business that advances the well-being of children through health, education, and supportive services.

Over the past decade, I have gained experience leading teams and building organizations where safety, reliability, and outcomes were critical. Early in my career, I managed large scale projects that required discipline and accountability, skills that translate into creating strong and sustainable operations. I later founded a corporate development firm that supported community health providers, where I guided acquisitions, integrated practices, and built partnerships with hospital networks, healthcare providers, local communities, and managed care organizations.

These experiences taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of community, values I now bring into PediaMind. My work across operations and healthcare services has shown me how essential it is to create systems that give organizations, providers and educators the support they need to focus on children and families.

At PediaMind, my mission is to partner with business owners who are dedicated to improving the lives of young people. I am committed to preserving and growing the legacy they have built by ensuring operational excellence, supporting frontline professionals, and expanding access to high quality services that help children learn, grow, and thrive.
